2022 Musivend City Dart Tournament Entry Form

Open to all Musivend Dart League Players that played 6 weeks between January 1st, 2021 to March 4th, 2022.

Open Singles 501 – Friday, March 25th at 12:00 pm – $35 per person($25 entry + $10 board & admin fee)

Doubles 501 – Friday, March 26th at 6:00 pm – $70 per team($50 entry + $20 board & admin fee) –Capped at 55 PPD!

 4 Person Team – Saturday, March 26th at 8am & 3 pm  & Sunday 8 am – $160 Entry Fee($100 Entry + $60 board & admin fee) –A Division capped at 108 PPD, Lower Divisions capped at 100 PPD!

You must  pre register for all events before March 4th, 2022!
You will be redirected to a PayPal site to pay your entry fee. If you do not have a PayPal account, click the Grey box at the bottom for checkout as a guest using a debit or credit card.  We will not receive your entry form until after the payment has been completed!
